Imphal, February 12 2025:
Ahead of the High School Leaving Certificate Examination (HSLCE) 2025 and Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) 2025, the All Manipur Muslim Students' Organisation (AMMSO) has appealed the relevant authority to take precautionary measures to put a stop to question papers leaks in the Class X and XII examinations from this year onwards.
Stating that there have been previous controversies of question paper leaks in the HSLCE and HSE conducted by BOSEM and COHSEM, a press release issued by AMMSO urged the concerned authority to keep a close watch to prevent question papers of different subjects from leaking from 2025 onwards.
At this juncture, AMMSO claimed that there is information of money being raised in certain coaching centres and schools to "purchase direct questions" for the said exams.
Saying that AMMSO is currently investigating the veracity of this information, it added that the Organisation will take strict legal action if any educational institutions are found engaging in such activities.
AMMSO will also inspect exam centres during the upcoming HSLC and HS examination 2025 and advised the students to refrain from using unfair means.
In view of these upcoming examinations which are crucial in a student's life, AMMSO has further urged local clubs and associations to stop using loudspeakers to hold football and cricket matches or other sports items.
