Zeliangrong bodies condole N Diswang Hau

Imphal, July 11 2024: The Zeliangrong Union (AMN), Zeliangrong Women Union, Kabui Mother Association Manipur (KAMA) and Zeliangrong Football Association have expressed profound condolences at the sudden demise of social activist N Diswang Hau.

According to a release issued by Zeliangrong Union (AMN), N Diswang Hau died on July 10, 2024 in the tragic road accident between Dimapur and Kohima, Nagaland.

N Diswang Hau was a dedicated and farsighted Zeliangrong leader who made numerous sacrifices in different capacities for the cause of Zeliangrong people living in different States and also for the cause of Naga people as a whole.

He was a leader who dreamt and desired for the integration of Zeliangrong people to live under one umbrella.

His passing is a great loss not only to his family and friends but also to the Zeliangrong Community as a whole.

The Union also asserted that his dedication and tireless efforts for the Zeliangrong people shall always be remembered in the days to come.

Further, Zeliangrong Union (AMN) informed that a condolence meeting was held today at ZU Head Office, Kakhulong Paona Bazar, Imphal, chaired by the Union's president Azang Rongmei.

The ZU (AMN) and Zonal leaders, Church leaders, intellectuals, well wishers, women leaders and Zeliangrong people living in the three States also shared the pain and sorrow of the bereaved family members at this crucial juncture and prayed to almighty God for his soul to rest in peace.

Moreover, the Zeliangrong United Committee Manipur Valley (ZUCMV) has also expressed deep sorrow and condolence over the untimely demise of N Diswang Hau.

The ZUCMV also shared the grief of the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace in the heavenly abode.
