Likla launches retail outlet at Kpi DHQs

To render its brand equity services across different districts of the State, Likla has expanded its exclusive retail outlet at Kangpokpi District Headquarters today.
Maharabam Pradip, Superintendent of Police Senapati graced the launching ceremony of Likla Bakery as chief guest while Thangjakam Misao, Vice Chairman, ADC Sadar Hills, Lalminlen Misao, Addl SP Kangpokpi and actress Bala Hijam, brand ambassador of Likla, Thangjam Joykumar Singh, Managing Director, Thangjam Agro Industries Pvt.
Ltd; Prof N Mohendro Singh, Advisor, Thangjam Agro Industries Pvt Ltd; Rev Lamkeng Lhouvum, KBC and Lunseh Kipgen, Chairman, KTC attended the opening ceremony.
Apart from other officials of Thangjam Agro Industries Pvt Ltd, Councillors of ADC Sadar Hills, Kuki Inpi Manipur president, Khaimang Chongloi, KWWO and KYU members and other CSOs leaders also attended the function.
It is the eighth retail outlet of Likla Bakery and the seventh outlet in franchise model while one operates independently as its outlet.
Likla opened its first retail outlet in 2017 which inspired several entrepreneurs throughout the state to venture in the same line of business and since then it has been operating in different territories in Imphal city while acting as one of the leading companies in Manipur in generating employment.
Today, Likla has provided job employment to nearly 650 employees out of which 60 employees are working only in the retail sales division.
The bakery aims at providing hygienic and quality products to its customers with a range of more than 100 varieties of exclusive food and bakery products while exotic beverages will also be available in the newly opened store.
Inspired by the growing trend of young entrepreneurs in the society, Maharabam Pradip said that starting entrepreneurships by many youths of the State is a sign of development.
Lunseh Kipgen, chairman KTC also said that that launching of Likla Bakery in the town will not only benefit the denizens of Kangpokpi town but the entire district.

Earlier, Maharabam Pradip, cut the inaugural ribbon of the outlet and Rev Lamkeng Lhouvum invoked a dedicating and blessing prayer in the presence of other dignitaries.
