Imphal, November 05 2024: Karkinos Manipur Cancer Care Institute and Research Centre, JNIMS Campus, Porompat will be organising a "One Day Free OPD Camp" at the premises of Karkinos Manipur Cancer Care Institute and Research Centre, Porompat on November 7 from 9.30 am to 3 pm in observance of National Cancer Awareness Day, said a release issued by Karkinos Manipur Care Institute and Research Centre.

It further stated that the National Awareness Day also serves as a tribute to Marie Curie who was a Nobel Prize winning scientist and urged all citizens/public to avail the opportunity to raise awareness about cancer prevention, early detection and treatment which is the theme of this year 2024 .
