Imphal, September 28 2012: The government of Manipur has ordered the transfer of three IAS officers on Thursday.

The names and new places of posting of three IAS officers are Barun Mitra, IAS (On return from Central deputation and earned leave) as Principal Secretary to Chief Minister & Principal Secretary (Finance) & Commissioner of Excise in addition; Rajesh Agarwal, IAS, Commissioner (Power/ Agri/Eco & Stats) as Commissioner (Power/Agri/Eco & Stats) and Resident Commissioner, Manipur Bhavan, New Delhi in addition; and Sumant Singh, IAS, Secretary (Cabinet) & SPD (SSA & RMSA) & Commissioner of Excise in addition as Secretary yo Chief Minister & Addl.
