Even as days of intermittent rainfall has caused widespread flood in parts of Thoubal district, the district administration has set up four relief camps at different locations.

Leishangthem Khong Manung Community Hall relief camp has people belonging to 30 households .
Yesterday, Thoubal district Deputy Commissioner Ahanthem Subash and officials visited several locations and relief camps.
Ahanthem Subash said many areas have been flooded due to rising water in Ikop Pat, Kharung Pat and Loushi Pat.
Many houses, vast tracts of agricultural fields and fish farms have been inundated.
The district administration and Fisheries Department are collecting data to compensate fish harmers, he said.
While relief camps have been opened at Tekcham, Khangabok, Sangaiyum-pham and Leishangthem Khong Manung at the moment, more camps may be opened in the future, he added.
Even as intermittent rainfall since the last several days has swollen rivers and large water bodies leading to floods in many areas, lack of proper drainage and canal systems has added to the woes, said the Deputy Commissioner.
He stressed and urged the local clubs, elected members of local bodies to initiate steps to clean drainages and canals, and also aid the district administration in relief works.
Meanwhile, flash floods have affected Sora Keithel, Sora Ward No 1 and 2 and Thongthabi Leikai.
However, only around 5 houses have been inundated.
The floods have been caused by overflowing water from a canal.
Locals have pointed fingers at the GR Infra Project Limited and the NHIDCL.
They said the companies' failure to construct proper drainage systems along the Asian Highway is a cause for the flood in the area.
A landslide at Kakching Khunuta Ching has damaged a Temple.
