Tamenglong, July 21 2024: The Nungba Kendra Citizen Forum has urged the authorities concerned to ensure that the pending honorarium for rationing agents in Nungba AC is paid at the earliest.

In a press release, the Convenor Nungba Kendra Citizen Forum said that the honorarium for rationing agents in Nungba AC has not been disbursed as per the agreed terms.

Additionally, out of the sanctioned 1264 quintals of ration for Nungba AC, only 948 quintals have been provided in the last two years, leading to a shortfall in essential supplies for the residents, it added.

In view of the above, the Forum urged the authorities concerned to disburse the pending honorarium and provide complete allocation of ration for Nungba AC to meet the needs of the people effectively.

The Convenor also appealed to the relevant authorities to investigate this matter urgently and take necessary actions to rectify the situation for the welfare of the residents in Nungba AC .
