Dingo pledges development

Imphal, April 20 2022: Newly sworn-in Minister Sekmai AC MLA Heikham Dingo has categorically stated that he will strive his level best to bring about a new and developed Manipur with the help of many young and dynamic personalities who have been inducted into the Cabinet.

Speaking to media persons during a felicitation ceremony organised by BJP Scheduled Caste Morcha in his honour at Nityaipat Chuthek today, H Dingo continued that the the pace of developmental activities being taken up the BJP led Government will be accelerated as there are many young and dynamic Ministers in the Cabinet.

He further stated that he will start working in the interest of the people as soon as he gets the portfolios and at the same time contribute in strengthening the BJP.

Expressing delight at being felicitated by well wishers and BJP SC Morcha, the newly sworn in Minister maintained that Scheduled Caste are the officially designated group of people who are straightforward and true to their words.

He also said that he is able to win election for the second consecutive term due to the help of party leaders and well wishers.

BJP State unit president A Sharda Devi and BJP SC Morcha president Ng Raghumani also attended the programme among others.

Meanwhile, H Dingo inaugurated a Block Health Mela at Khurkhul, today.

There, the Minister said that the BJP led Government increasing the monetary coverage of CMHT from Rs 2,00,000 to 5,00,000 is a big achievement.

He further stated that Sekmai Community Health Centre will be the first CHC which will have an ICU ward and the necessary equipment will arrive soon.

During the health mela, about 33 stalls were opened.

Health Director Dr K Rajo and Imphal West CMO were also present.
