Leader of TC Legislature wing to be announced today

Imphal, March 17 2012: The Trinamool Congress had a meeting here this evening to discuss minutely on who should be elected as leader of the party's legislature wing.

According to a reliable source, the name of the party's Legislature wing would be announced by tomorrow after consulting with the party's high command.

Talking to media after the meeting which was held at the party office at Hotel Excellency at around 4 pm today, Kim Gangte, President, AITC, Manipuur State Unit, said that although the meeting had arrived at a decision, the approval of the Party's high command is awaited and the name of the legislature wing leader of the party would be declared at 11 am tomorrow.

The probable names in the list include MLA Maibam Kunjo, MLA Dr I Ibohalbi and MLA K Sarat.
