Many more condemn bomb attack at NHIDCL office

Senapati, January 15 2022: Sheemai (Maiba) Village Authority and its subordinate organizations have strongly condemned the cowardly act of hurling bombs at the residence of L S Thaisho in Zaikarii Christian Colony, Makhrelui, Senapati on January 12 .

It may be mentioned that some rooms of the building resided by LS Thaisho of Maiba village are also used as NHIDCL Office.

In a joint release, the Village Authority stated that an attack against humanity is intolerable and a direct attack to all inhabitants of the building including innocent children/women and guests.

"The people of Sheemai in solidarity with the residential members of LS Thaisho urge the perpetrator(s) to identify himself/themselves and tender an unconditional public apology", it added.

It also mentioned that the perpetrator(s) should be ashamed of himself/themselves before society and God.

The press release was jointly issued by Maiba Village Authority Council, Maiba Youth and Students Union, Sheemai (Maiba) General Women Society, Sheemai (Maiba) Union Senapati Karong Area, and Sheemai (Maiba) Senapati Karong Women Society.

Moreover, the village frontal organisations further appealed to the law enforcing agencies to expedite the matter and award befitting punishment to all involved as per the law.
