Integration training for police recruits wraps up

The Assam Rifles has successfully concluded a week-long Integration Training Capsule for Manipur Police recruits.
Conducted by a specialized team from the Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ 3 Corps, the training programme focused on fostering national integration, inter-cultural tolerance, and pride in uniform among 1,950 recruits.
Over the course of six days, the recruits were immersed in the rich history of Manipur and the core values of the Assam Rifles and Indian Army, which serve as foundational principles for these forces.
According to a release issued by HQ IGAR (South), the participants demonstrated great enthusiasm during the training sessions, particularly in team-building exercises designed to enhance cooperation and camaraderie.
During the closing ceremony held on December 7, both instructors and recruits expressed their heartfelt gratitude to 3 Corps for providing the innovative training content.
The training is essential for instilling qualities of mutual respect and teamwork among the recruits, significantly enhancing their operational effectiveness as they prepare to embark on their policing careers.
The Integration Training Capsule exemplified the close cooperation between the Assam Rifles and Manipur Police, reinforcing the historic bond that Assam Rifles shares with the State.
