Don Bosco College Maram opens Post graduate course

Senapati, November 24 2018: Don Bosco College Maram has opened a Post graduate course affiliated to Manipur University.

PHE Minister, L Dikho inaugurated the post-graduation course (MA) during a colourful function held at Don Bosco College Maram yesterday.

The newly constructed PG block was blessed by Fr Sebastian Jose, rector (DBC) and Rev Fr KS Joseph, Parish Priest of Maram while Minister L Dikho cut the ribbon of the newly constructed PG block.

As part of the event, a colourful event was also organised at Fr NV Jose Multipurpose auditorium.

During the event, traditional lamp was lit by the chief guest and Fr Sebastian Jose read the word of God from the holy Bible.

Principal DBC Maram Dr Fr Sebastian KO expressed gratitude to Minister L Dikho, State Government, especially the Chief Minister, Department of higher education under the Ministry of Education Minister for their support and help to the institution.

He also lauded Jarnail Singh (IAS) for his help and support to open the PG courses.

Further on behalf of the management, the Principal thanked the public, student organisations and other CSOs.

Speaking as chief guest of the function, Minister L Dikho urged the students to make the campus a plastic free zone and eco-friendly.

Dr Pukho Lokh, HoD of English lauded the chief guest, guest of honour and the invitees for their valuable presence on the auspicious occasion and appealed the students to move forward with its motto "Learn Lead excel" .
