Answer sheets have been delivered to most exam centres and answer sheets would be delivered to all the remaining centres by tomorrow.
Noting that there have been cases of non-candidates giving the exam by impersonating candidates in the previous years, the Chairman said that if such wrongdoings are detected again, the particular exam centres may be de-listed from next year.
He then appealed to all local clubs and teachers to cooperate with BSEM and help in conducting the exam without giving any room for using unfair means.

BSEM Secretary Dr Chithung Mary Thomas said that the examination process has been reformed to some extent including embossment of watermarks on answer sheets of Science and Social Science subjects, changing the answer scripts from landscape to portrait form.
Margins and lines are drawn on answer sheets of all subjects except Mathematics and graphs and maps would be pre-inserted, she said.
Answer keys would be uploaded on BSEM website after the exam is over and before evaluation begins and three days would be given for public to make claims and objections, if any by giving legitimate reasons and proofs, she said.
To avoid errors in evaluation, there would be capping on the maximum number of answer scripts to be corrected in a day at the rate of 50 answer sheets for 100 marks, 100 scripts for 28/27/26 marks and 80 scripts for 50 marks.
