Describing the present scenario of Manipur society as 'the land of black laws versus the blood law' and explaining the remark as 'the law of bloodless and truth versus the law of killing and bloodshed', Ajay Sharma further opined that genesis of all problems in the 'jewel land of India' that is Manipur is the diverse ethnicity, the indifferent polity and lackadaisical administration.
"What has led the simple and humble people of this beautiful land to develop so much of intra and inter mistrust, is a matter for all to understand and introspect upon," the Commandant maintained.
