Dimapur, April 01 2017:
The NSCN-IM claimed today that the Indo-Naga political talks is on the verge of conclusion and the outfit has appealed to all the Naga people to be "cautious in words and actions" which could be detrimental and give negative impact to the political talks.
Saying that the Indo-Naga political talks is at a "crucial stage", the NSCN-IM said it is "unwise to indulge in un-farsighted thinking and magnifying rumours that can lead to momentary emotional outburst but patiently wait for the better future under the final solution" .
The Naga outfit assured that "the NSCN representing the Nagas is working out what is best for the Nagas and will never let down the Nagas in the anticipated solution" .
The NSCN-IM appealed Nagas across "length and breadth of Nagalim" for their constant prayer and "policy support" for early solution.
The outfit's Ministry of Information and Publicity (MIP) informed that general secretary Thuingaleng Muivah and vice president Gen (Retd) Kholi have left Nagaland for New Delhi to resume the Indo-Naga political talks.
