Reflecting reality, TDK rated poor

With 351 consumers awaiting refills after they have made due bookings and 27 applicants awaiting approval for new LPG connection, performance of TDK Gas Sekmai is rated poor.
As per official records.
TDK Gas has been distributing 193.96 refills in a day on the average and it has a total 6697 total consumers out of whom around 4710 are DBTL consumers.
The same official records say that with the exception of 351 consumers all the consumers who made their bookings on December 8 or earlier have been issued refills.
The distributor has issued 12 refills each to four consumers between April this year till date.

The four consumers are Anup Paul (consumer no CX20113271), Ngamching AS (consumer no 0X21173198), Soprang Hungyo (CX21245407) and Rayson Shadang (consumer 488) Corresponding subsidy amounts of Rs 3275.18, Rs 3173.83, Rs 3.231.74 and Rs 3353.26 have also been trans- ferred to their respective bank accounts.
Eleven refills each have been issued to eight consum- ers, 10 refills each to 25 consumers, nine refills each to 64 consumers, eight refills each to 90 consumers and seven refills each to 119 consumers.
On the other end of the spectrum, 1007 DBTL consumers of the distributor have received only one domestic subsidised refill each.
TDK Gas distributed LPG refills on December 14 and only consumers who made their bookings on September 13 or earlier were made eligible for claiming refills.
Whereas official records claimed that LPG bookings up to December 8 have been cleared, the date given as the latest date of booking for claiming refills on December 14 showed that there was a backlog of around three months.
