Imphal, December 11 2015 : Manipur Gas Service and Athokpam Indane Service have cleared LPG refill bookings up to December 8 while Hrangchal Gas Service has cleared up to December 9 .

However, both Manipur Gas Service and Athokpam Indane would be distributing refills tomorrow and the latest dates of booking eligible for taking refills as informed by the two distributors are September 3 and October 1 respectively.

Hrangchal Gas Service too would be distributing refills tomorrow and the latest date of booking eligible for taking refills as informed by the distributor through newspapers is September 28 .

In spite of these huge gaps in the actual distribution of refills and distribution records submitted to the IOC, all the three distributors are rated excellent in terms of LPG refill distribution.

For the current financial year, Manipur Gas Service has issued 12 refills to one consumer, 10 refills each to two consumers and nine refills each to six consumers.

However, a vast majority of the consumers have received just one or two refill(s).

Khomdram Debendra (Consumer no CX20454638) has received 12 refills and the corresponding subsidy amount of Rs 3608.01 has entered his bank account.

Ningthoujam Hemchandra (consumer CX8187946) and Wahengbam Pakpi (consumer no CX23145960) have received 10 refills and subsidy amounts of Rs 2902.07 and 2876.85 have been transferred to their respective bank accounts.

Keisham Ramgopal (consumer no CX8186128), Chongtham (O) Indira (consumer no CX12692326), Th Zhaveine (consumer no CX 19983250), Tungshamao Ayo (consumer no CX19983507), Oinam Mema (consumer no CX21646150) and Langpoklakpam Rajendro (consumer no CX21788673) have been given nine refills each and all of them have been given their corresponding subsidy amounts except Langpoklakpam Rajendro.

Hrangchal Gas Service has given 10 refills to one consumer and eight refills each to four consumers.

Sandhyarani Naorem (consumer no CX27036361) has been given 10 refills between April till date while Nongthombam Bijenti (consumer no CX3472323), Sagolsem Aruna (consumer CX25113333), Rajkumar (O) Rabati (consumer no CX19345496) and Salam Inaomacha (consumer no 12547) have been given eight refills each.

On the other end of the spectrum, vast majority of consumers have received only one refill this year.

Number of applications for fresh connections pending are 17 at Athokpam Indane Service, six at Hrangchal Gas Service and three at Manipur Gas Service.
