Imphal, November 01 2015 :
Centre's interlocutor for the peace talk with NSCN-IM RN Ravi is arriving at Imphal on Tuesday (November 3) on a two-day visit as part of his exercise to explore a consensus on a possible solution to the ongoing peace talk.
Ravi, who is also the chairman of joint intelligence committee, will be consulting civil organizations in Manipur to take their views on board in the Centre's efforts to find a solution to the NSCN (IM) problem, which would be acceptable to all.
This is the second time Ravi is coming to Manipur to consult Manipur Government and civil organizations after signing the Framework Agreement with the Naga militant group on August 3 in New Delhi in the presence of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.

Ravi had held a two day consultative meet at Imphal during his first visit to Manipur in September after signing the Framework Agreement.
He had met Chief Minister Okram Ibobi and civil organizations including All Manipur United Clubs' Organisation, United Committee Manipur, Committee of Civil Societies Kangleipak, Kuki Inpi Manipur, United Naga Council etc.
during his two-day stay in Imphal.
A reliable source said Ravi already sent invitations to some of the civil organizations of Manipur to meet him during his stay in Imphal.
It is not clear whether Ravi would meet those organizations, which already met him during the first visit.
The signing of the Framework Agreement and Centre's failure to disclose details of the agreement have triggered suspicions in the minds of the people particularly non-Naga communities, the source said, who is a member of an organization that has been invited.
The source further said his organization's delegation would be urging Ravi to disclose details of the Framework Agreement and also Centre's proposed solution.
"Without knowing the details of the Centre's plan, it will be difficult for everyone to respond to the ongoing peace process and Centre's efforts to find an acceptable solution," the source said.
Sources said Ravi wanted Chief Minister Ibobi's Government to make a major contribution to Centre's exercise to find an amicable solution.
Narendra Modi Government reportedly feels that Ibobi's Government "is not doing enough" in this regard.
The sources said Ibobi had assured an all political party meet in September that he would be leading an all party delegation to New Delhi to urge the Centre not to harm Manipur's interest, while signing a final agreement with the NSCN (IM).
The Chief Minister is yet to finalise such a trip to New Delhi, the sources said.
