1st Heibok T-20 Cricket Tournament FORCE beat MODEL Club, CYCLONE prevail over TCMDC

CYCLONE, Thangmeiband produced an immense batting performance as they racked to 174 runs for 9 in 20 overs to beat TCMDC, Thongju by 146 runs in a league match of the Heibok T-20 Cricket Tournament organised by Langthabal Sporting Club, Langthabal.
In a league match played earlier FORCE, Kshetrigao beat MODEL Club, Chingamakha by 48 runs.
In the first match, FORCE, Kshetrigao who were let to bat first posted a total of 143 runs for 7 in 20 overs.
In response, Model Club went down to just 95 runs for 8 in 20 overs.
Jalli hit an outstanding half century (55 off 59 balls) while Kasim slammed 45 runs in 38 balls to give MODEL Club a tough job in the first innings.
Iboyaima of MODEL Club dismissed 3 batsmen but it could not prevent the Kshetrigao side from pilling up the huge target.
Tejkumar and Bijoy also claimed 1 wicket each for MODEL Club.
Khurshid of FORCE proved to be the troublemaker as he claimed 4 wickets of MODEL Club and hindered the chase considerably.
Iboyaima who scored 21 runs in 41 balls was the highest scorer for the Chingamakha side.
Bishorjit and Priyobrata also contributed 12 runs each.
Kasim, Praves and Tarif also picked one wicket each in this innings.
In one of the entertaining match, CYCLONE today enjoyed an overwhelming 146 runs victory against TCMDC, Thongju.
TCMDC decision to bowl first were made to regret as Narsing and Sourav came emerged dreadful for them.
Narsing's magnificient 58 runs in 36 balls and Sourav's 37 runs off 20 balls propelled CYCLONE to make 174 for 9 in the first innings.
Seitendra's three-wicket haul could not stop the Thangmeiband side today.
Nganthoi who picked two wickets was also another notable bowler of TCMDC.
Vikash's five-for, Rajesh Patel's three-wicket haul helped CYCLONE in thumping TCMDC in the second innings.
Swanab also picked 2 wicket in this innings.
TCMDC in a dismal performance crumbled their chase at just 28 runs for all wickets down in 10.3 overs.
Dhanashyam who made 8 runs was the best the Thonju side had today.
