Karing-Ngei Sports Meet concludes

The 21st Karing-Ngei Sports Meet held under the theme 'Glorify God with Your Talents' organised by Karuangmuan Part-1 Baptist Youth Fellowship concluded at Karuangmuan Part-1 Football Ground on Wednesday.
The closing ceremony was graced by SK Hemanpou, social worker and Amon Inka, secretary Karuangmuan Village Authority, as chief guest and guest of honour respectively.
In the final match that was played between United Brothers Young Blood and Makhuam -2 FC, the United Brothers Young Blood scored 3 goals against Makhuam -2 FC to win championship title of the 21st Karing Ngei Sports Meet.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, the chief guest encouraged the players and villagers to be united in every aspect in order to achieve in all-round development.
He also exhorted the players to have strong determination and sacrificial spirit.
Players should possess game spirit and explore their talents.
There is also a good policy for sports persons like special sports quota in govt jobs, he added.
Altogether, 17 football teams took part in the tournament.
