Meiraba settles for bronze in Hungary

Imphal, November 07 2021:
Meiraba Luwang won a bronze medal in the BWF 46th Victor FZ Forza Hungarian International Championships 2021 at Budaors, Hungary.
Meiraba suffered a 21-9,18-21,21-12 loss to Deniel Nikolov of Bulgaria in their semifinal match to settle for the bronze medal.
Earlier in the qualifying round, Meiraba defeated three opponents to progress to the main round where the state lad beat Milan Dratva of Slovenia in the first round, Kim Brun of Denmark in the pre quarterfinals and defending champion Jia Heng Jason Teh of Singapore before he faltered at the semifinal hurdle.
