MNCA mourns Jasobanta's demise

The Manipur Cricket Association (MNCA) has condoled the untimely demise of Usham Jasobanta Singh, former executive and staff of the association today.
MNCA in a condolence note recalled his contributions towards the development of modern cricket in the State.
His demise has left a big void in the cricketing fraternity, the note said.
MNCA office bearers, executive members and staff along with 8 teams who played in today's matches of 5th MNCA W Prahlada and W Ramananda Elite Tournament and 5th MNCA Plate Tournament at four different venues, observed two-minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul, the note said.
MNCA shares the grief of the bereaved family members, it continued while praying the Almighty to bless them the strength to bear the irreplaceable loss.
