State archery team leave Imphal for National Championship

Imphal, March 06 2021:
State archers who will compete in the Indian round competition in the 41st NTPC National Junior Archery Championships have left Imphal today.
Compound teams and Recurve teams will be departing for the championship venue, Dehradun, respectively on March 9 and 12, said a statement of Manipur Archery Association.
The archers (along with respective parent units) who have left Imphal today for the Indian round competition are:
Women: Wangkhem Maleshori Devi (BCAC), Longjam Twinkle (NSA), Laishram Sophiya (SAIRC) and Milennia Thokchom (KMAC)
Men: Mutum Chingkhei (FAC), Sapam Robert (ITAC), Yumlembam Nikhil (VAA) and Chanambam Borish (BCAC).
They are led by W Bikash and K Devananda as team officials.
Other archers who will be participating in other events of the championships are as follows:
Compound Women: Laishram Dulina (ACE), Naorem Beronika Devi (UAC), Suchitra Tourangbam (VAA) and Laishram Monika (SAIRC)
Compound Men: Suraj-nganba Thokchom (SAIRC), Ngasepam Malemnganba (UAC), Erwin Laishram (VAA) and Deepak Ningthoujam (ACE)
Recurve Women: Konsam Prameshori (SAI), Ningthoujam Sonia (VAA), Huidrom Alphabati (NSA) and Bhumika Wakambam (ACE)
Recurve Men: Ningthoujam Parithoi Singh (NSA), Nganthoiba Akoijam (ACE), Md Aman Ali (NSA) and Elangbam Robinson (SAI) .
The compound team will be led by T Netrajit and K Devananda while the recurve teams will be led by L Gunita Devi and K Devananda, the statement said.
