Manipur U-19 women's cricket team leave Imphal

Imphal, October 30 2017:
The U-19 Manipur women’s cricket team have left Imphal to participate in the BCCI U-19 Zonal League Tournament which will be held at Dhanbad from November 1 to 9 .
Chaoba, vice-president MCA, Peter, treasurer MCA, Binoy, joint secretary and other members of the association accompanied the eighteen member team who will represent Manipur in the said tournament upto the Imphal International Airport and wished them luck before they departed for Dhanbad .
Pinky Takhellambam, Haorungbam Kiranbala Chanu, Palujam Kiranbala Devi, Maheshwori Yendre-mbam, Angom Manimacha Devi, Brahmacharimayum Sterny, Khumbongmayum Bidyarani Devi, Rajkumari Linthoingambi, Aribam Bhu-meshori Devi, Moirangthem Helena Devi, Shamurailatpam Bhumika Devi, Wekihilu Wezah, Irengbam Shelina Chanu, Jenny Sairual Aimol, Thokchom Renubala Chanu followed by three reserved players Mimy Dangmei, Kangabam Roji Devi and Preity Wakambam will represent Manipur in the U-19 zonal tournament .
Haobam Sunil Singh is the coach of the team while Irengbam Ibobi Singh, Cherish Salam and Pinky Maibam are the manager, trainer and physio respectively .
Manipur will face Naga-land on November 1, Bihar on November 3, Meghalaya on November 5, Sikkim on November 7 and Arunachal Pradesh on November 9.The winners and the runners up in this zonal league tournament will qualify for All India Knock-out League.
