Eleven emerge top finishers on Day 8 of State shooting competition

Eleven shooters claimed top podium honours on the penultimate day of the 31st All Manipur Shooting Competition 2022 at Shooting Range.

Seram Binoy Singh (584 pts) shot his way to gold medal in the 50m rifle prone (NR) men individual event as Ajay Singh Huidrom scored 39 points to win the clay pigeon trap shooting (NR) men contest and Abdul Kalam (35 pts) topped the clay pigeon trap shooting (NR) master men competition.
Usham Christopher (247 pts) was the ton finishers of the 50m pistol (NR) men individual event while Kunyson Tonabam (366 pts) bagged the gold medal of the 10m pistol (NR)
men event and Pangam bam Kunjabihari earned the 10m pistol (NR) m aster men title after securing 351 points.
Yaiphabi Talem shot a score of 261 to claim the gold medal of the 25m pistol (NR) women event as Debika Narumbam (19 pts) clinched the gold medal of the clay pigeon trapshooting junior women event.
Yumnam Moramba emerged the winner of the 10m pistol (NR) junior men event with 349 points.
Meanwhile, M BarishSharma secured the top position in the 25m fire pistol for personal license gun contest while N Kirankanta Singh topped the 25m .22 pistol for personal license gun event.
