TRAU are now in the second place with 11 points from 6 matches.
Though the ground was deteriorated by heavy rain before the match, both teams took off the game positively.
The visitors, Bangaluru FC however dominated the proceedings overall and it was Myron Mendes who scored twice, one goal each half and gave his team full points today.
Bengaluru FC take control of the first half with a 1-0 lead through Myron Mendes header following a free kick from the left flank in the 8th minute of the match.
TRAU also staged a strong comeback in the latter part of the first half and it was Reisami Vashum who almost equalised the score but his shot went wide for a goal kick.
After change of ends, TRAU shifted their approached and threw more men into opponents half with the team captain Phalguni taking the Centre stage.
The approached help them command the match fof a while but some miss-passes and lack of understanding among the players helped Bengaluru FC retain their flow and started to press the local side.
Myron Mendes was at it again when he headed in the second goal and underlined their dominance in the 57th minute of the match.
Stung by the double lead, TRAU intensified their raids with the home crowds cheering them up and it was in the 72nd minute of the match that Pricewell Emeka reduced the deficit to one goal through a beautiful header off a cross from the midfield.
With the final whistle approaching, TRAU went ahead with a barrage of attempts but luck did not favour them as their attempts were obstructed by the post and the crossbar from going into the net couple of times.
Bengaluru FC who were attacking more in counter came too close multiple times but were stonewalled by TRAU's backline in time or went too wide.
TRAU tried their best during the additional 6 minutes but their attempts failed to disturb the scoreline till the final whistle.
