CSC emerge league leaders in 6th WYLCO Cup Water Polo

CSC, Ningthem Pukhri Mapal have finished as league leader in the 6th WYLCO Cup Water Polo Championship 2018 which began on November 1 under the aegis of WYLCO, Kongba Keithel with 4 teams participating in it.
The first match of the day saw KYO, Kongba post a huge 8-1 win over KWPC, Kongba.
L Priyananda scored two goals in the first quarter before Ch Ajay scored another two goals and handed KYO a 4-0 till second quarter.
M Priyananda, Ch Ajay and N Shivananda scored one goal each for KYO in the third quarter while KWPC lone goal was slotted by N Chingkheinganba in this quarter.
The last quarter witnessed L Thouba scored a single and helped KWO sealed a 8-1 win.
In the second match of the day, hosts WYLCO prevailed over KWPC to notch up a 11-3 win.
Th Goson scored 3 goals while Sagar Singh Managed a single in the first quarter to give WYLCO a 4-0 lead while duo slot one goal each in the second quarter.
L Baleshor scored a single while Ng Sovin scored two goals in the third quarter to give WYLCO a huge lead before Sovin and Th Robinson scored one goal each in the last quarter.
L Vijendra scored one goal for the losing side in the second quarter while the second goal was scored by Christopher in the third quarter.
The last goal of KWPC was added by Jason in the fourth quarter.
CSC notched up two wins in the evening session CSC were simply best in the evening session as they secured two huge wins, 15-5 against KYO and 8-4 over KWPC.
O Bikram, L Amarjit and L Alex netted one goal each for CSC in the first quarter to put their team ahead with a 3-0 lead while O Bikram and A Nongthang scored 2 and 3 goals respectively in the second quarter which also saw M Priyananda of KYO pulled back a single to make it 1-8.A Nongthang then scored 1 goal in the third quarter while the last quarter saw O Bikram hit 3, L Hitler score 1 and L Alex net 2 goals respectively.
M Priyananda scored three goals for KYO in the last quarter before M Thouba got a single.
In the last match of the day, KWPC led the first two quarter 4-3 with L Valenjit scoring a single in the first quarter before scoring another in the second quarter.
Kh Nganba and N Chingkheinganba also scored one goal each for KWPC in the second quarter while L Hitler hit the opener for CSC in the first quarter before A Nongthang scored two goals in the second quarter to make it 3-4 .
The latter two quarters went to the Ningthem Pukhri Mapal side as L Amarjit, A Ningthang, L Hitler and L Alex scored one goal each in the third quarter to hand CSC a 7-4 lead before L Hitler put in a single in the fourth quarter.
