3rd Heibok T20 Cricket Tournament: Landslide wins for ESU, FORCE

FORCE, Kshetrigao and ESU, Wangkhei posted emphatic wins in today's matches of the 3rd Heibok T20 Cricket Tournament being underway at Langthabal Public Ground.
In the 10th match of the tournament, FORCE rode on Avinas's all round performance to notch up a huge 122-run victory against PTCC, Patsoi.
FORCE after winning the toss opted to bat first and maintained a fine momentum with Avinash hitting a half century before going out on the 31st delivery while his teammate Subhan was 3 run away from making his half century en route to their huge total of 186 runs for 5.Andy of PTCC picked up two wickets in his 3 over spell in this innings while Sohail and Kenjit managed a wicket each in 4 overs.
In reply PTCC slumped to a paltry score of 64 runs losing all the wickets in 15.5 overs as FORCE's Arshad and Avinash combined well to leave PTCC batting line up in tatter.
Andy with 16 runs was the highest scorer for the Patsoi side in this innings which saw Arsad scalp 4 wickets including the last man in 3.5 overs while Avinas who shone with the bat enjoyed a three wicket haul and eventually became the man of the match.
Meanwhile in the 11th match staged latter, ESU set a huge target of 213 runs for PSC, Khoyathong and held the latter to 100 runs to earn a huge 112-run victory.
Mehul topscored for ESU with 79 runs off 48 balls in his name after the team won and elected to bat first while Herojit blazed off another 66 runs off 32 balls to keep the scoreboard ticking.
Sanker also made a 27 ball 30 to help ESU make 212 for 5 .
The innings saw PSC's Prasanta claim two wickets while Sagar and Masten pick up a wicket apiece.
PSC in the chase could pile up only 100 runs losing 6 wickets in their quota of 20 overs as ESU bowlers produce fine bowling performances.
Prasanta (26), Jeerish (19), Kenny (18) were only significant scorers for PSC while Sanker with 3 wickets in his name was the pick of the ESU bowlers.
ESU's Chitaranjan too proved his worth by dismissing 2 wickets and Mehul managed a single.
Mehul was eventually adjudged man of the match.
