Meiraba clinches U-15 Swiss Junior Open title

Imphal, September 27 2015:
State young shuttler Meiraba Luwang clinched the U-15 Men's singles title of the Swiss Junior Open 2015 today held at Geneva, Switzerland.
In today's final, Meiraba defeated Rory Easton of England 21-17, 21-17 .
Earlier in the semi-final, Meiraba beat Marco Wunderli 21-11, 21-11 .

In the U-15 doubles final, Meiraba and his partner Rafael Gavois of France were handed a 17-21, 9-21 defeat by England pair William Jones and James Penver.
Yesterday in the doubles semi-final, Meiraba and Rafael overcame Ferdinand and Romain of France 22-24, 22-20, 21-20 .
In the women's U-15 singles final, Indian player Winona Satish bagged the runners up title after losing against Juliette Moinard of France 19-21, 19-21 .
Earlier, Winona Satish edged out Clara Lassaux of Germany 20-22 24-22 25-23 .
