Dhanachandra prepares to exhibit skills for India

Leihaorungbam Dhanachandra is one of the two Manipuri players in the current Indian senior football quad.
The other player is Jackichand.
Dhanachandra has in recent time gained much prominence as a result of his strength as a left or full back in any of the teams he has played with.
His entry into the Indian squad is likely to benefit the team in many ways.
As Dhanachandra prepares to further strengthen his forte and exhibit his on skill on the field, he is also equally prepared for the Indian Super League (ISL) 2015 scheduled for October 3 this year as a key player for Chennaiyin FC.
In May this year, Chennaiyin FC had retained six domestic players from the last season.
The six retained domestic players from the first ISL season are defenders Abhishek Das and Dhanachandra, midfielder Harmanjot Singh Khabra and forwards Jeje Lalpekhlua, Balwant Singh and Jayesh Rane.
This ace Manipuri footballer earlier played as Left back for Mohun Bagan in I-League.
He is the son of Leihaorungbam Mohendro and Memthoi of Khurai Puthiba Leikai, Imphal East, Manipur.
Currently, Dhanachandra works as an Auditor in AG Bengal.
