Senapati, October 17 2016:
A truck rammed into a house before seriously injuring a CRPF constable on Friday evening, reports our correspondent.
House owner Dilip who runs a small shop outside his house was unhurt but the constable suffered a broken leg and was rushed to district hospital for treatment.
The driver and handyman of the truck reportedly escaped from the scene.
Upset over the accident which occurs frequently along the highway especially in crowded areas, residents of Kathikho Karong called upon the authority concerned for effective implementation of speed management system.
