Snake bitten man saved

Imphal, September 11 2021:
Khoupum Battalion of IGAR (South) provided life-saving medical treatment to a snake bite victim of Taudaijaing village, Noney district on Saturday.
According to PRO IGAR (S), a 26-year old male was bitten by a venomous snake on Saturday and he was brought to Gaidimjang Company Operating Base of Assam Rifles.
The Assam Rifles Medical Care Centre immediately rendered lifesaving medical aid to the patient and stabilized his condition.
He was further referred to RIMS, Imphal for further treatment, it added.
