DTO warns against unreasonable fare

Imphal, October 06 2011:
Expressing serious concern about some vehicle drivers charging unreasonable fare from passengers above the fare fixed by the government in September, 2010, the District Transport Officer, Imphal West asked the public transporters not to charge above the fixed fare rate.
DTO, Mani in a press release appealed to the passengers to complain to the office on written application along with proofs adding that such transporters will be dealt with adequate actions under the Central Motor Vehicl Act/Rule.
