The Opiod Substitution Therapy (OST) centre in PHC, Moreh which was established in 2014 has been functioning without proper manpower, fund and staff .
Speaking to media persons, MO in charge of the PHC Dr Santikumar stated that, earlier, Manipur Aids Control Society (MACS) had sanctioned maintenance fund for five months and sent a doctor to look after the centre .
He further stated that the centre has 122 clients from different areas of the State as well as from Myanmar .
He urged MACS to send the required staff at the centre at the earliest to keep the OST centre functional.
