The Salvation Army, Eastern Division has today dismissed that there is no double criminal cases filed against their territorial leaders, rejecting the news reports about their leaders appearing in Court on criminal charges, adding the case was filed by one K Lalbiaksanga in personal interest and not in the interest of the Church.
A statement of clarification issued by Thangzamang Valte, Major Division Youth Secretary, Eastern Division said the TSWM was not included in the case but was dragged into it in the newspaper report.
It further claimed that there are no cases of money laundering or fraud in as far as the Church is concerned.
The case mentioned in the news report is a defamation case file against his own Church by Lalbiaksanga a former CSM and witnessed by Laldawngliana CT, K Vungzalian QM, C Manga CSM and Nicky Thanga, it added.
