Moreh, December 20 2021:
At least 220 live ammunition of 303 rifles believed to be of World War II era were found in Moreh town on Monday.
The ammunition were found while digging earth for laying water pipeline by staff of Public Health Engineering Department using excavators at M Chahnou village.
Under Har Gar Jaal mission, laying of water pipeline is going on in full swing in the border town and the ammunition were detected while digging earth on Monday.
A team of Moreh police station has retrieved the ammunition for further investigation.
