PREPAK denies

Imphal, June 30 2016:
The proscribed Peoples Revolutionary Party
of Kangleipak (PREPAK) has denied having any relation with
Romio Khumanthem of Kumbi, Lourembam Nabakishore of
Itham, Mona Singh and Kivi Yepthomi of Chumukedima,
Dimapur and Prodip Das of Bokajan, Assam who the 28 AR and
37 AR claimed to have arrested from Assam's Lahorjan on June
27 as self-styled Sgt Major and OGWs of the outfit.
In a statement, Capt Achouba, publicity officer, dept of
publicity and propaganda of PREPAK said that all the persons
mentioned are not related to PREPAK or its Red Army in any
manner whatsoever.
PREPAK also denied the involvement of KCP KK Nganba
group in the killing of Naba alias Nongdrenkhomba and his
driver on June 21 around 7.48 pm.
It clarified that PREPAK
or its Red Army is not related in any way with the KCP KK
Nganba group.
These incidents are nothing but the Central as well as State
Govt's image building exercise, it added.
