Songs of peace fills CCpur streets

Churachandpur, December 16 2016:
Amidst the woes and chaos witnessed in the State, a small number of differently abled children draped as Santa Clause, along with the staff of CCI an NGO that runs the Malsawm Initiative (TMI), today, filled the streets with songs of peace and rings of Christmas bells, our correspondent reports.

The children, some in their wheel-chairs and others assisted by their trainers, enchanted the public with their songs.
They have raised the Christmas pitch that has so far taken the back seat with the unending public agony due to the UNC's economic blockade, and PM Modi's demonetisation or CM Ibobi's new districts melee.
