Senapati, August 27 2016 :
Sharing the grievances of the candidates
who had appeared for the DPC for appointment as police
Constables in 2013, the Senapati District Students' Association
(SDSA) alleged that many of the aspiring young people had paid
hefty amount to get the job and added that the State Government
has victimised the young candidates.
SDSA said that the decision of the State Government to
cancel the result of the test after keeping it in abeyance for
three years is unacceptable.
Strongly condemning the rampant corruption, SDSA said
that the cancellation of the said examination and calling for
fresh recruitment has spoilt the future of thousands of young
people.
The student body urged the State Government to
review the decision to cancel the said examination.
