IRCS extends help to arson victims

Imphal, March 06 2022:
Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Manipur has extended help in the form of essential items to a family in Tentha Khongbal, whose house was burned down on March 4 afternoon.
An IRCS team led by chairman Dr Y Mohen, secretary RK Nimai, IRCS Imphal East district chairman Narendra Ningomba and member Prem-jit Naoroibam went to Tentha Khongbal and provided the assistance on Sunday.
Interacting with media, Narendra Ningomba called the incident unfortunate and prayed that God punish those involved in the incident.
The Society is simply providing assistance in the form of some daily essential commodities on humanitarian ground, he said.
