Imphal, March 26 2020:
Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR) has appealed Deputy Commissioners of all districts in the State to give appropriate directions to the dealers/agencies operating in their respective areas to make the essential commodities and services available to the child care institutes which include children homes, observation homes, open shelters, specialized adoption agencies run by the Government and NGO's, at subsidized rate during the lockdown due to COVID-19 .
