Assam Rifles extends help to missionaries of charity

Imphal, October 14 2016:
Headquarters Inspector General Assam Rifles (South) in keeping with the true spirit of 'Friends of the North East' has extended help to Mother Teresa Home, Missionaries of charity, Konta by providing them with two Refrigerators on 14 October 2016 .

The occasion was graced by Mrs.Laxmi Sreenivas, President, Assam Rifles Wives Welfare Association, IGAR (South).
Mother Teresa Home, Kontha has been providing yeoman service to the society of Imphal East District since last 16 years.
The sisters of the society have contributed immensely to the upliftment of the poor people of Imphal.
The wards of the Mother Teresa home presented a colourful cultural programme during the event.
