AIPPC extends support

Assam Indigenous People Protection Committee (AIPPC) has extended its support to the 11 hours bandh called by North East Students Organisation (NESO) against Citizenship Amendment Bill on December 10.Speaking to media persons during a press briefing held at its office at Silchar on Saturday, general secretary of AIPPC, Seram Herajit Singh appealed all the indigenous people of North East India to support the bandh to send a collective voice of the region against the proposed legislation at the Centre.
The press meet was also attended by AIPPC's president, Sahadeb Rajbangshi.
