As part of the ongoing development and beautification programme taken up at Indian National Army (INA) martyrs' memorial complex at Moirang hectic preparation to play Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose's recorded World War II speech and slogans, is on.
The INA/ 'Azad Hind Fauz' flag was hoisted at Moirang on April 14, 1944 for the first time by Colonel Saukat Hayat Malik, commander of Bahadur Group and designated the place as its headquarters.
