Snake bitten woman saved

Imphal, September 14 2021:
Loktak Battalion of IGAR (S) provided lifesaving medical aid to a snake bite victim of Bunglon village in Bishnupur district on Tuesday.
According to PRO IGAR (S), a 40-year old lady was bitten by a venomous snake and brought to Ningthiching Company Operating Base of Assam Rifles.
The Assam Rifles Medical Care Centre immediately rendered lifesaving medical aid to the patient and stabilized her condition.
She was referred to District Hospital Churachandpur for further treatment, it added.
