Najma, CM greet on Eid-Ul-Zuha

Governor Najmalla Heptulla has extended her greetings on the occasion of Eid-Ul-Zuha in a statement released from the Raj Bhavan today.
The festival began today and will conclude tomorrow .
The holy festival not only spreads the message of brotherhood, peace and universal love but also inspires mankind to perform positive deeds that enhance our soul, said the Governor .
CM Nongthombam Biren also sent his best wishes to the people and in a greeting, the CM said that Eid-ul-Zuha "reminds us of the supreme sacrifice made by Prophet Ibrahim for the sake of humanity." The Chief Minister added that the joy of sharing and charity associated with the festival promotes the feeling of compassion and love to serve the poor and needy .
MAHUD Minister Thounaojam Shyamkumar and CAF&PD Minister Karam Sham also sent their wishes to bring peace, harmony and prosperity in the State .
In their messages, they appealed the people of Manipur to share and join the festival.
