Scrutiny for elections of LMS Law College Students' Union scheduled today has been aborted as no teachers came for the scrutiny.
Meanwhile, presidential candidates��Umakanta Laishram, Moirangthem Lakshman and Laishram Malem Mangal have threatened to launched various forms of agitation in case elections to the LMS Law College Students Union is not held at the earliest.
Decrying that scrutiny could not be held as none of the teachers attended the college today even as due notification was issued in advance, the presidential candidates said that such conduct may strain the relationship between students and teachers.
They lamented that the pending elections have affected the students on their study while examinations for LLB I, II and III are approaching.
