Jessami to get power

Imphal, August 21 2015 :
Jessami village of Ukhrul district on Nagaland border will now get electricity from the State as the authorities have began work for installation of a 33 KV Sub-Power Station there.
Earlier, the power supply of the village was given by Nagaland State, but now it will get uninterrupted power from Manipur, said village chief Ayete on Friday.
He said the 33 KV Sub-Power Station at the village was inaugurated by the Government in 2011 .
