SDMA inspects

Imphal, July 08 2017:
State Disaster Management Authority Vice-Chairman Adim Pamei today inspected the areas flooded in Lilong AC after the Imphal river bank breached at Haoreibi Awang Leikai.
Altogether 13 houses were ravaged by flood while around 100 houses were flooded in Nungei Chongtham area.
After inspecting the flooded areas, Adim Pamei said that necessary measures would be initiated to extend all possible assistance to the flood affected people in consultation with ChiefMinister N Biren who is also the SDMA Chairman.
He said that the DC and the SDO concerned have been asked to submit survey reports about the impacts of flood in Lilong AC.
