Pishum Lairembi temple looted

Imphal, November 18 2014:
Three thieves who had stolen jewelries and other articles from the Pishum Lairembi temple at Pishum Chingamathak Hao Ground were arrested by the local people today.
The arrested thieves have been identified as Moirangthem Ongbi Reena (40), wife of Moirangthem Brojen of Luwangshangbam Mamang Leikai, her sister Naorem Sobita (25) and daughter Moirangthem Bigya (18).In an interaction with the media, the members of Young Learners Club, Chingamakhong disclosed that another woman called Ibeyai is also reported to be involved in the stealing.
However, she has been absconding.
The arrested women have been handed over to Singjamei PS .
